According to Article V Section 3 and Article IX of our bylaws, the Board of Directors hereby gives notice of an annual meeting of the Arts Council of Glen Rock, which will take place on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.

​This is an annual meeting with two purposes:

  1. Member Vote — to approve a slate of Executive Board officers for 2025 and a proposed addition to our bylaws that adds the role of President Emeritus to the ACGR Board of Directors.
  2. Year in Review — to review Arts Council activities and financials for 2024.

​Notes:
 •  Members with active paid membership as of Jan.1 2025 are eligible to vote.
    The meeting is open to the public, but only paid members can vote.

 •  Executive Board Slate of Officers 2025:
     Patti McHugh    - Co-President
     Mona Milbrodt   - Co-President   
     Kathy Duggan   - Treasurer
     Lisa Hahn          - Secretary

 •  President Emeritus: The position is held by the most recent and available past-president. Serves as advisor to the Board and is able to provide past knowledge of ACGR organization and experiences, and as such shall NOT be a voting board member. In the event of a tie in any vote by the board, the President Emeritus shall cast the deciding vote.

The proposed President Emeritus role will be added to
ARTICLE III: ORGANIZATION OFFICERS/BOARD under Section 2: Board of Directors (BoD) 
The Board of Directors shall consist of not more than twelve (12) or less than six (6) Directors. The Board of Directors shall include four Executive Board officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) and a President Emeritus. 
  • President Emeritus – The position is held by the most recent and available past-president. Serves as advisor to the Board and is able to provide past knowledge of ACGR organization and experiences, and as such shall NOT be a voting board member. In the event of a tie in any vote by the board, the President Emeritus shall cast the deciding vote.

 •  This is NOT Arts Council's "Members Mixer" social gathering. Details of the Mixer will be communicated separately!
