According to Article V Section 3 and Article IX of our bylaws, the Board of Directors hereby gives notice of a special meeting of the Arts Council of Glen Rock, which will take place on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

This is a special meeting with two purposes:

Member Vote — to approve proposed change of our Annual Meeting to January so that it coordinates with our annual financial statement (January 1 to December 31).
Year in Review — to review Arts Council activities and financials for 2023, with January established as our new Annual Meeting date.

Notes:
• Members with active paid membership as of Jan.1 2024 are eligible to vote.
The meeting is open to the public, but only paid members can vote.

• A vote to approve a slate of Exec. Board officers will not be held until Jan. 2025.

• This is NOT Arts Council's "Members Mixer" social gathering. Details of the Mixer will be communicated separately!
