Theme:  “A Snapshot in Time”
 
Dates:   Friday, September 26 • Saturday, September 27 • Sunday, September 28
 
Friday Hours:          7:00pm - 9:00pm* 
Saturday Hours:     12:00pm - 4:00pm
Sunday Hours:       12:00pm - 4:00pm
Entry Fee:                $0 for students
 
Location:   The Vielbig/Scerbo Environmental Education Center at Thielke Arboretum
 
* Friday Reception: Sept 26 • 7pm-9pm.

• This event is the opener for our exhibition. We welcome members of FOGRA and the Arts Council, along with the photographer's immediate family, and of course the general public! The photographer should be present.

 
Photo Sales: All sales are between the photographer and the purchaser. Please be prepared to accept checks, cash and Venmo. We ask that all sold photos be given to the buyer at the end of the exhibition on Sunday.
 
Selling photos is optional. You may still participate even if you choose not to sell any of your photos. There is no commission required to be given to the Arboretum.
 
Exhibit Details:

• Set-Up: The Education Center will be open on Thursday, September 25, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm for you to set up your exhibit.
     - (If you are unable to set up that evening, email Louise D'Amato at the address below or tell Ms. Siegel.)
• Pick-Up of Photos: Photos need to be picked up on Sunday, September 28, between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. If you cannot pick up, please send a representative.
• Number of Photos: Each student photographer can exhibit a total of THREE (3) photos.
     - These photos: Will be displayed on a tabletop easel • Should not exceed 11x14 •​ Can be matted and/or framed.

The Arts Council of Glen Rock and the Friends of the Glen Rock Arboretum reserve the right to reject any photos deemed inappropriate because of the images or the content.
