We invite you to support this community-focused event |
Arts Council of Glen Rock will again be hosting Arts Fest, a community-focused juried art and music event, on Saturday, October 8; rain date October 9. This day-long event (10 am to 4 pm) will feature high-quality artists and artisans on the lawn of Glen Rock Borough Hall, and musical performances on stage. Last year’s event was highly successful, and we anticipate more visitors this year.
Arts Fest 2022 Glen Rock will feature an exciting variety of curated art and artisans. Artists will stage their superb work under 10’ x 10’ tents on the lawn and side parking lot at Harding Plaza. We anticipate 25 participants, drawing primarily from Glen Rock’s vast talent. Specific areas at the event site will be dedicated to youth involvement and musical performances. Because of your involvement in Glen Rock and your reputation as a valuable business, we invite you to support this Glen Rock community-focused event as a sponsor. Your generous donation will tell Glen Rockers and area residents that your business supports The Arts and our efforts to provide artistic experiences to our community throughout the year.
Your company would be a marvelous addition to our roster of sponsors. Click here for a copy of this letter and the various sponsorship levels or see our graphic below. We will be completing our promotional poster for the event -- and respectfully request your response -- by September 5 (new deadline), but sooner is always helpful.
We hope you'll join us in celebrating and recognizing the role The Arts play in our lives in Glen Rock. Please let me know if you have any questions. My contact information is noted below.
